Order Cut-Off Time

Cut-off: 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday–Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT enter the production queue the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends/U.S. holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), enter the queue the next business day.
Processing (Production) Time

All items are made to order. Production begins after you place your order.

Standard Production Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons (e.g., Halloween, Christmas), production may take slightly longer due to high demand.
Shipping Time & Cost

United States: Estimated 4–7 business days once shipped.

Carriers & Tracking

We partner with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.
Split Shipments

For faster delivery, multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Address Changes & Order Edits

Once a shipping label is created or the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you.

We can reship to a corrected address, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Delays Outside Our Control

Severe weather, carrier backlogs, or peak-season surges may impact delivery times.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days at support@lilisew.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution.

Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we’ll initiate a carrier investigation and assist with a replacement or resolution.

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received:

Verify the address on the tracking page.

Check with neighbors or your building’s office.

Wait 24 hours, as some carriers pre-scan packages.
