Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive on time and in great condition. This page outlines how we produce, ship, and track your custom-printed T-shirts, all made to order in the USA with our vetted fulfillment partners to ensure consistent quality.

Summary

  • Production Time: 1–2 business days (made-to-order).

  • Transit Time (USA): 4–7 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • Tracking: Emailed automatically when the shipping label is created.

  • Support Response Time: Within 1 business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-off: 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday–Friday.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT enter the production queue the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends/U.S. holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), enter the queue the next business day.

Processing (Production) Time

  • All items are made to order. Production begins after you place your order.

  • Standard Production Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Halloween, Christmas), production may take slightly longer due to high demand.

Shipping Time & Cost

  • United States: Estimated 4–7 business days once shipped.

  • Cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • Delivery estimates may vary due to destination, carrier capacity, or weather conditions.

Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

  • A tracking number is automatically sent to your email once the shipping label is created.

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.

Split Shipments

  • For faster delivery, multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers at no extra cost.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • Contact us at support@lilisew.com to update your shipping address or adjust your order before the order ships.

  • Once a shipping label is created or the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you.

  • We can reship to a corrected address, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Delays Outside Our Control

  • Severe weather, carrier backlogs, or peak-season surges may impact delivery times.

  • We’ll keep you updated and work with the carrier to resolve any unusual delays.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days at support@lilisew.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution.

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we’ll initiate a carrier investigation and assist with a replacement or resolution.

  • Marked “Delivered” but Not Received:

    1. Verify the address on the tracking page.

    2. Check with neighbors or your building’s office.

    3. Wait 24 hours, as some carriers pre-scan packages.

    4. Contact us at support@lilisew.com if the item is still missing.
