Production & Shipping Times (Detailed)

Graphic Apparel (Printed in the USA)

  • Products: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts
  • Production Time: 1–2 business days
    • Each item is printed to order in the U.S. by our fulfillment partners.
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Mon–Fri) typically enter production the same day.
    • Orders placed after cut-off, weekends, or holidays begin the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: 4–7 business days
    • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
    • Tracking information is sent within 24–48 hours after pickup.
  • Why Faster? Domestic production = shorter routes, reliable carriers, no customs delays.

All-Over-Print Apparel / 3D (Printed in Asia)

  • Products: 3D Hoodies, Ugly Christmas Sweaters
  • Production Time: 3–5 business days
    • Each piece undergoes sublimation, cutting, sewing, and printing for a full-wrap design.
  • Shipping Time: 10–12 business days
    • Shipped internationally from our facilities in Asia (mainly China).
    • Customs clearance may add 1–2 extra days.
  • Why Longer? Specialized all-over-print methods plus international transit extend the timeline.

Delivery Estimates

  • 2D Apparel: 5–9 days total (production + transit)
  • 3D Apparel: 13–17 days total (production + transit)

Important Customer Notes

  • Split Shipments: Mixed orders (2D + 3D) may ship separately. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers at no extra cost.
  • Delivery Variations: Carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather can affect exact delivery times.
  • Shipping Cost: Free for all U.S. orders.
  • Tracking: Emailed automatically once your shipping label is created.
  • Customer Support: We respond within 1 business day.
  • Quality Assurance: All items are printed on demand by trusted production partners.

Order Cut-Off

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Mon–Fri): processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, weekends, or holidays: processed the next business day.

Carriers & Tracking

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
  • Tracking details are emailed as soon as the label is created.
  • Tracking activates within 24–48 hours of pickup.

Address & Order Changes

  • Address updates or adjustments must be requested before the order ships.
  • Once a label is created or the package is in transit, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will contact you.
  • Orders can be resent once a corrected address is provided (additional shipping fees may apply).

Delays Beyond Our Control

  • Weather events, seasonal surges, or carrier issues may cause delays.
  • We’ll notify you if significant disruptions occur.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

  • Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no updates for an extended period, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve or replace your order.
  • Marked Delivered but Not Received:
    • Verify the delivery address on the tracking info.
    • Check with neighbors or building staff.
    • Wait 24 hours (some carriers pre-scan).
    • Contact us if still missing.
