2. Items Not Eligible for Return

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives with defects, printing issues, or shipping damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund—at no additional cost.


4. Refunds

  • Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and reviewed, we will confirm approval or rejection.
  • Processing Time: Approved returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Refund Timeline: Funds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Provide your order number and checkout email address.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please include clear photos of both the item and its packaging.
  • Requests made after 60 days from delivery or for used/washed products will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Lilisew.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
