All T-shirts are made to order and printed specifically for you. We accept returns within 60 days from delivery under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Cost: We offer free return shipping with no restocking fees.

  • Process: Contact us at support@lilisew.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will respond within 1 business day to provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns will not be accepted for items that do not meet the above conditions or for customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size or color during purchase.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds for defective items or incorrect orders within 60 days from delivery. Eligible issues include:

  • Wrong item, size, or color received.

  • Damaged product due to transportation.

  • Significant deviation from the description or previewed design.

Claim Process:

Refund Exclusions:

  • No refunds for items purchased during sales or promotions unless defective.

  • No refunds for customer errors, such as incorrect size or color selection.

3. Replacements and Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our custom T-shirts and provide detailed size charts and design previews to ensure accuracy. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer:

  • Exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability, within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once production or shipping begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

  • For issues beyond 24 hours, our 60-day return policy applies for defective or incorrect items.
