Payment
Q: What payment options are available?
A: At this time, we process all payments securely through PayPal.
During checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s platform to complete your transaction,
then automatically returned to our site with confirmation.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: No. Currently, shipping is limited to addresses within the United States only.
Q: Why is my country not listed at checkout?
A: We have removed some destinations due to persistent delivery and customs issues.
If you’re unsure whether your location is supported, please reach out to our support team.
Q: Are there restricted destinations?
A: Yes, we cannot deliver to
Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, and Myanmar.
Q: Will my order include tracking?
A: All U.S. orders include full tracking.
Tracking details are emailed once your package ships, usually becoming active within 24–48 hours.
Important: Please avoid using non-Latin characters (such as Kanji or accented letters) in your shipping address to prevent delays.
Orders
Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
A:
- Graphic Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts): Production takes 1–2 business days, with delivery in 4–7 business days.
- All-Over Print Apparel (3D Hoodies, Ugly Christmas Sweaters): Production takes 3–5 business days, with delivery in 10–12 business days.
Q: Can I change my order (size, color, or details)?
A: Adjustments can only be made before production begins.
Once your item is in production, edits are no longer possible.
Please check the size chart before confirming your order.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Contact us immediately with your order number.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can cancel it.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Tracking information is emailed automatically as soon as your package ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 60 days of delivery,
provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply.
Q: Which items are non-returnable?
A: We cannot accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
Q: What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
A: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery
and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?
A: Returns are typically processed within 14 business days
after we receive your package.
Refunds
Q: How are refunds issued?
A: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Q: Are shipping charges refunded?
A: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
(wrong, defective, or damaged item).
